At the end of 2015, we have seen successful completion of Mischon de Reya’ s 120,000sqft CAT B fit out of their new headquarters in Africa House, the 82,00sqft CAT B fit out in Victoria for Dong Energy and Caixa Geral de Depositos 7,000sqft CAT B fit out at Moor Place.
At the moment, we are on site with a number of projects, including CAT A and reconfiguration works in Holborn and the West End for various asset management clients.
Our Building Consultancy division has also been busy with instructions for dilapidation claims and building surveys for a wide range of clients.
We are pleased to announce that we have a new addition to our team. Poonam Patel has been appointed as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to support Natasha and her growing Cost Consultancy division.
