APS undertook a leading role in the overall strategy, undertaking due diligence on temporary office space, managing the fitting out of the temporary accommodation and advising on dilapidations.
APS were appointed by Bain & Company for their 90,000 sqft London Headquarters.
APS negotiated the enhanced scope and monitored the CAT A works being undertaken by Land Securities, which included stripping out to shell and substantial refurbishment to meet or exceed BCO standards.
The CAT B fitting out was completed to a premium standard within the overall project budget and the client re-occupied the building on the target date. The project was shortlisted for the BCO Workplace Award 2013.
