APS were appointed as Project Manager, Contract Administrator, Cost Consultant and CDM Coordinator for the London offices of American law firm Dorsey & Whitney, who aquired 11,000sqft of newly refurbished CAT A space in 199 Bishopsgate.
Key attributes of the space have included a high level of cellularisation, efficient and flexible air conditioning and a good level of acoustic separation to provide a high degree of confidentiality.
With design by Gensler, the project was procured through a traditional tendering process.
In addition to these services we also managed the procurement of the furniture.
