APS were appointed as Project Manager / Employer’s Agent; combining project management, contract administration and cost consultancy services for the full refurbishment (CAT A / B of LifeArc’s London HQ).

The client remained in-situ throughout the refurbishment which we managed by implementing a phasing strategy. The space comprised of open plan office space, collaborative spaces, kitchen and tea point areas, and meeting rooms for 4 to 20 persons.

The project was delivered successfully under budget and to an excellent quality standard.

APS provided expert support throughout our office fitout project, enabling us to make the right choice of contractor and control budget and programme. They helped and challenged us to make difficult decisions, providing optionality and an understanding of pros and cons, as well as acting as true custodians of our budget.

There is no doubt APS provided significant value to the project which enabling us to deliver more for less money than would have been possible without them. We had a fantastic outcome, a stunning refit which was on time and on budget, and the manner and style of their approach made for an exceptionally enjoyable and rewarding experience.
