APS were appointed as Project Managers and Contract Administrators for the extensive refurbishment of an existing part-occupied office building in Covent Garden.
Works involved demolishing three light industrial units to combine the space with the existing office building, in order to create open plan office space on three levels. The second floor was also refurbished and the central plant replaced. External link bridges and redundant core structures were removed as part of the reconfiguration.
We have subsequently undertaken refurbishment of the third floor office accommodation.
