It may be holiday season but we are hard at work completing Mishcon de Reya’s 120,000sqft CAT B fit out of their new headquarters in Africa House, and the 82,000sqft CAT B fit out in Victoria for Dong Energy is well underway.
We have also recently completed the full refurbishment and extension of a partially occupied building in the West End for an asset management client, which is attracting a great deal of interest from tenants.
New client instructions have come from an overseas bank for their new office fit out and retail space in Moorgate, a 45,000sqft refurbishment for a legal client and the fitting out of an additional floor for an accountancy client, the reconfiguration and refurbishment of two properties in Mayfair for Oxygen Asset Management and new projects with BlackRock and GVA.
Our Building Consultancy division has also been busy with instructions for dilapidations claims, planned preventative maintenance schedules and building surveys across the country for a wide range of clients.
