APS were appointed as Project Manager on this Grade II* Listed building located in the Harley Street Conservation Area in the City of Westminster.

The scheme included the creation a new 5th floor, demolition of the 1970’s rear annexe and formation of a new annexe over basement, ground and mezzanine floors.

New air-conditioning was being provided throughout, with the design providing for multi-tenant occupation.

The building sits in a busy central London location directly opposite a public car park. This means careful planning was required to access the site, working around the confinements to minimise disruption to the programme.

Practical Completion was successfully achieved and the property was quickly let.
