APS were appointed during the procurement phase for this leading London law firm, to assist them with the choosing of a partner to undertake their London headquarters move.
The project would see the relocation of the occupiers from three existing buildings coming together in one new building, undertaking a new way of working, moving from predominately cellular offices to open plan space with increased meeting facilities.
The selected space was 55,000sqft fitted to CAT A, in London’s iconic One London Bridge.
Working over 5 floors, the works included a full catering kitchen and client meeting suites on the 11th floor with views to the north bank of the Thames, on floor employee meeting rooms and open plan desking arrangement, seminar suite, warming kitchen, post and print rooms with increased mechanical capability.
As Employers Agent, we managed an accelerated programme, assisted the client with the expedited move to cloud IT services and kept this project within a tight budget with limited on site changes.
