APS were appointed to assist the internal project manager with daily duties, Cost Consulting, Strategic Advice and Contract Administration on this combined CAT A / B fit-out in the iconic London building known as the Scalpel.

The project was tendered prior to APS’s appointment without traditional Employers Requirements. Once on-board APS reviewed the returns and aided the client in their main contractor selection process.

The project was completed on time and the client is now happily in occupation.
