Following the successful completion of interim swing space, APS were appointed by the client as Project Manager, Cost Consultant and Contract Administration for the CAT B fit-out of an additional floor in their existing building and the refurbishment of their occupied floor.

The project involved two cut outs in existing slab to allow the installation of two staircases to connect the floors, new WCs, additional showers, redecoration and reconfiguration of existing occupied space including reception and breakout areas and new CAT B to new floor.

The project is currently being tendered and will commence onsite in March 2020.
