APS were appointed as Project Manager, Quantity Surveyor, Contract Administrator and Party Wall Advisors on this project, a 1900’s terraced building within the Mayfair Conservation Area.

The property consisted of 2 terraced buildings with lower ground, ground, four upper floors, a lower ground court yard to the rear and ground level decked roof terrace.

The two terrace properties required substantial refurbishment to provide Grade A Mayfair office accommodation.

APS worked alongside the client design team to aobtain planning and freeholder consent from Grosvenor Estates.

This project was successfully completed with very positive feedback from the overseas and London clients and letting agents.
