Instructed by Trinova Real Estate, we undertook an acquisition survey of a mixed use building in the City of London.

This freehold investment comprises mainly of offices accommodation as well as a small retail unit, and also includes nine residential units which were sold on a long leasehold basis. The different ages and forms of construction with subsequent alterations made this a particularly challenging survey.

We then managed a refurbishment of the office accommodation and phased replacement of the air conditioning, and prepared a desktop Reinstatement Cost Assessment for insurance purposes.
