APS were initially appointed by the Landlord, Royal London Asset Management, to prepare a Terminal Schedule of Dilapidations, followed by the negotiation of a financial settlement with the tenant’s advisors.
APS were subsequently appointed as Project Manager and Contract Administrator for the CAT A refurbishment.
The works included a full re-design of the ground floor reception and CAT A refurbishment of the office floors above. This proved to be a highly successful project from a marketing and letting perspective.
